Broadcast your events live with Zoom from Symposium

Symposium offers Zoom, a video streaming platform, to organizers who need to broadcast their events online.

The Symposium team will set up a meeting room for organizers who request it, and they will be assigned as hosts, with the task of moderating the videoconference participants and ending the meeting when they see fit.

With this service you can:

• Schedule a meeting with up to 100 participants
• Record the session to embed it later on the event website
• Share your screen with the audience
• Use the virtual whiteboard to illustrate ideas
• Involve listeners and answer their questions through an integrated chat

To do so, the event organizer can contact our support team to tell us the date and time slot of the online broadcast. They can do this by writing to us through our ticketing platform https://symposium.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

Once the broadcast date has been agreed, the technical support agents will provide the link to the meeting room and will create a specific, private section in the event so that confirmed attendees can access the broadcast from the event website itself.
